Stop paying for problems you have already had
Break-fix IT only makes money when something is broken. A managed agreement flips that around: we are paid to keep things running, so it is in our interest to catch the failing disk before it takes your Monday with it.
Every device we look after reports back to us - patch status, disk health, antivirus state, backup success or failure, disk space, and the errors that show up before a machine gives out. Most of what we fix, your team never notices.
When something does need a person, you call a Christchurch number and speak to someone who already knows your environment. If it cannot be fixed remotely, an engineer comes to you from Moorhouse Avenue.

How support actually reaches us
Phone, for anything urgent
0800 650 224 during business hours. A person, not a menu tree.
Email, for everything else
One address raises a ticket automatically and your staff get an acknowledgement with a reference.
Remote session, when we need to see it
A one-click session from our remote support page, the same tool BDL has used with customers for years.
On site, when remote is not enough
Dispatched from our Christchurch office to anywhere in greater Christchurch and Canterbury.
Good fit if...
- You are in Christchurch or Canterbury
- You have between 5 and 250 staff
- IT currently falls to whoever is most technical
- You have outgrown a one-person IT contractor
- You want one supplier for print and IT

Common questions
Is support really unlimited?
Remote helpdesk for the users and devices covered by your agreement is unlimited - we do not want your staff hesitating to call because of the clock. Project work, hardware, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately so there are no surprises either way.
What are your response times?
Response targets are set in your agreement and are based on impact: a site-down issue is treated very differently from a request for a new mouse. We report against those targets at your review meetings rather than asking you to take our word for it.
Do you replace our internal IT person?
Often we work alongside them. Internal IT people usually want to spend their time on the business, not on patching and password resets - we take the routine load and act as escalation and extra hands for projects.
What happens to our documentation if we leave?
It is yours. Asset registers, network diagrams, licence records and credentials are handed over. We would rather earn the renewal than hold your environment hostage.
Can IT support go on the same invoice as our copiers?
Yes. If you already have a managed print or lease agreement with BDL Copiers, IT support can sit alongside it on a single monthly invoice.
